STEP 1 - HAVE MOTIVATION
Besides having a realistic weight goal, you also need something that makes you want to strive and work hard to get that body you desire. I started gaining weight after my Daughter was born. I started luxury eating because I was a father, and it went from luxury eating to binge eating to ending up in hospital. That’s when I realised that I'm putting my health at risk and decided to become more healthy and fit.
My daughter says “daddy got a big belly” everyday. As much as I tried to avoid hearing it, my daughter would say it to me in the morning. I didn’t want to be that fat belly dad anymore. Those are the two main reasons I wanted to lose weight. I also wanted to look and feel good about myself for once instead of being traumatised when i see my reflection.
The point is, have a motivation, something that really drives you to getting your results. Maybe it’s your relationship at home that’s suffering because of your weight gain or because you want to watch your kids grow up and you may not be able to see that if you continue the way you are.
Find YOUR reason, and this can always change as you go further into your weight loss journey. I researched online on how to lose weight fast and after trying most techniques and some services online, I found two things that when combined, gave me results I would have never imagined!
STEP 2 - DETOX AND CLEANSE
You need to detox your body naturally so you have a clearer and more positive mind. To detox yourself, you would need to cut out most of your processed foods and start introducing your body with low carb high fat foods.

The most easiest method to do this is by getting into a keto diet. This diet will cause your body to adjust to this new healthier lifestyle and will gradually decrease the size of your stomach. As you will not be eating foods with high carbohydrate content, you won’t be feeling as bloated and you will start feeling slimmer by the day!
The way I started really losing weight was when I started eating clean. Foods that are unprocessed and more nutritionally beneficial for you. A keto diet is, when you use fat to fuel your body instead of carbohydrates which results in weight loss!
